Although I've been exercising and tracking food since 2013, I never took my health seriously until I had my first child in 2019. Having my first baby opened my eyes to the world of wellness and true health. As a certified personal trainer, I worked a lot with exercise and neglected nutrition and overall wellness. Since then I've taken a more holistic approach to health by inviting God in this space and have dedicated myself to helping Christian moms do the same.

My mission is to help Christian moms create lasting, healthy habits through faith-centered nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle changes, so they can feel confident, strong, and fully equipped to pursue the dreams God has given them.
